Shipping

DOMINANCE OF EARTH preorders will be open between June 28 and August 28. All purchases placed during this time are preorders and production will begin after sales have closed. Items and shipping may be subject to unexpected delays if production issues occur—please be aware of this before placing your order. The moderator team will do our best to provide you with updates during the production and fulfillment periods. Feel free to reach out to us in DMs for further questions.

We are not liable for any damage that might occur to your package during shipping.

We are not collecting VAT(1), meaning all EU packages will be sent with unpaid duties. Should custom charges occur, the buyer will be liable for paying any customs charges. If the customer fails to pay, DOMINANCE OF EARTH is not liable. We will not be providing refunds for undelivered items that are a result of failure to pay customs charges.

All packages will be sent as insured. To replace damaged/lost items (that are the fault of the shipping service—providing the wrong address, etc. will not be covered), you must provide us with photographs of the damage so we can claim the insurance on the package and compensate you.

All packages will be shipped using Royal Mail and Parcel2GO from the UK. This means we will not be shipping to:
Afghanistan, Cuba, Ghanta, Iran, Ivory Coast, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, Nauru, Nevis, Nigeria, North Korea, Russia, Sao Tome & Principe, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tahiti, Ukraine, Western Somoa, or Yemen.

Caution is placed on the following countries for possible delays or changes in status:
Ascension Islands & Saint Helena, Australia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Germany, Greece, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Kiribati, Macao, Malta, Moldova, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Panama, Portugal, Russia, Samoa, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Syria, Thailand, Tuvalu, Venezuela, and Vietnam.

RETURNS



Order cancellations and refunds are only possible up to one month past the date that preorders close. After this point, all of the products will have been ordered from our suppliers, and we will only be able to accept refund requests under certain exceptional circumstances. To cancel your order, please reach out to us via DMs or e-mail ([email protected], please title your email “CANCELLATION REQUEST” in all caps, and provide proof of purchase, order number, and name used to place your order). Please be advised that we cannot issue full refunds due to existing fees in place by Paypal and Bigcartel; Bigcartel may refund their fee, but we do not want to guarantee that and speak on their behalf.
